Cullen Legal is the Law Office of Robert L. Cullen.  Bob has over 16 years experience practicing in the area of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability (SSD)and Unemployment.  He has handled thousands of cases throughout Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Bob brings a unique perspective to his clients.  He began practicing Workers’ Compensation law in 1994, after finishing a clerkship for the judges at the PA Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.  At the beginning of his career, he worked for several prestigious law firms, defending employers and their insurance companies.  Bob has also acted as staff counsel for two national insurance companies.   Bob’s extensive experience working for the judges, employers, and insurance companies gives him a valuable advantage when litigating or negotiating Workers’ Compensation cases.  He knows precisely how the system works, and how to use this information to his client’s benefit.  A skilled and aggressive litigator, Bob has successfully resolved numerous claims, many resulting in 6 figure settlements.

Bob is a graduate of Bucknell University and Quinnipiac College School of Law.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Bucks County Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar.
